How do I use Sweetiepie Cupcake Wrappers? Sweetiepie cupcake wrappers wrap a standard cupcake size: measurement of base diameter being 5cm. (Australian ‘muffin’ tin size equivalent for baking). The wrappers are for presentation purposes only and are not suitable for baking in. DO NOT PUT THE WRAPPERS IN THE OVEN. Bake and decorate your cupcakes as you normally would and then place the cupcake in the assembled wrapper.
Why are Sweetiepie Cupcake Wrappers different to other cupcake cases/ liners? The cupcake wrapper is a new and exciting idea verus the standard cupcake case/ liner. For most printed cupcake cases that you bake in, the colour and design becomes faint once taken out of the oven. Sweetiepie Cupcake Wrappers do not go in the oven therefore making them vibrant and re-useable.
How do I assemble my Wrappers? Our easy interlocking device means you simply curve the wrapper into a tapered cylinder and push the fastener through the slit to secure.
Can Sweetiepie Cupcake Wrappers be used again? Sweetiepie cupcake wrappers are softly laminated for strength and re-use. Just wipe clean any oils or icing and enjoy again.
How can I purchase Sweetiepie Cupcake Wrappers? You can purchase your Sweetiepie cupcake wrappers via PayPal and you DO NOT need a PayPal account to do so. Secure payments can be made via credit card or you can log in to an existing PayPal account. If you would like to pay via a different method please email us at enquiries@sweetipie.com.au. Our cost effective postage rate is capped at $2.00 for up to 5 packets (60 wrappers) delivered anywhere in Australia.
When will my Sweetiepie Cupcake Wrappers be delivered? All orders are posted within 24-48 hours of receipt of payment. All orders are posted via Australia Post and generally take 1-3 business days within Australia depending on your location. If you require your wrappers delivered urgently please email your order and address for delivery to us at enquiries@sweetipie.com.au before ordering and we will do whatever we can to deliver your wrappers as quickly as possible. We do post internationally via Airmail which could take up to 7-10 business days to arrive. For international orders, please email your order including address for delivery to enquiries@sweetipie.com.au.
Can I return my Sweetiepie Cupcake Wrappers? Wrappers can not be returned unless faulty. Claims for missing or faulty/ damaged wrappers must be reported within 10 days of our recorded postage date. No returns for damaged merchandise accepted without prior authorisation by Sweetiepie. No returns are accepted 30 days after purchase.
